MPDH Immunization Updates 2026 – Module 5: Immunization 101

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health will offer a live, online webinar: Module 5: Immunization 101, on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from noon-1pm.

Objectives: As a result of participating in this activity, learners should be able to:

• Describe the basic principles of vaccination, recognition of precautions and contraindications, avoiding preventable vaccine administration errors, adverse event reporting and VAERS, proper documentation, and resources.

Participants who attend the entire hour of training are eligible to receive one continuing education credit per webinar (0.75 CEs for each of the Immunization Schedules webinars), after completing an online evaluation.
